In my bodywork practice, I orient to your wholeness and focus on presence and acceptance with what is. I see the true healer as the innate intelligence held within your body and many times it needs to be witnessed and seen to be expressed fully. My intention is to guide people home into their bodies with safety and support so that they leave the session feeling resourced, at peace, and confident in their relationship to their body to live a connected, happy life. It is through my own journey to regain trust with my body that I share my love and devotion to honoring our vessels.

The foundation of my training started with Environmental Policy & Studies where my passion for agriculture and food systems was birthed and brought me to working on many organic farms, in herbal gardens, and apprenticing with herbalists around the country. I was inspired to go into bodywork after awakening to the depth of connection between the earth's health and each of our individual body's health. To support the repair of my own nervous system and healing my relationship with my body, I discovered an increased level of ease, joy, and freedom from receiving abdominal massage and craniosacral therapy myself. This led me to massage school in Oregon, where I then continued on to study Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage in Maui, The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage® in New Hampshire, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in Western Massachusetts. I am also a yoga teacher, with a background in kundalini and hatha and this weaves into the educational component of my sessions with bodywork clients.

*I'm also available for mobile work in Massachusetts/New Hampshire/Maine. This work is supportive in retreats, small ceremonies and gatherings. I love collaborating and weaving yoga classes with bodywork and herbalism.
